Stopping to smell the roses

Most of us reading blogs like this one have it far better than the vast majority of the people in the world. Yet even for us - maybe especially for us - there so many little things that get us down or keep us too busy to realize all the good things that we've got. Rich or poor, there are so many little things in like that we all take for granted. Try this for just a moment: relax, think back through today and contemplate something simple to appreciate about our lives.
