A Canadian judge awarded a Windsor, Ontario hair stylist $340,000 for emotional damage he allegedly suffered when he spotted a dead fly in a container of bottled water he was putting in his shop’s water cooler. The stylist claimed “nervous shock, emotional distress and resulting anxiety, depression and physical and psychological conditions.”

Well, other than *sigh*, all I can think of is "get a life...." Perhaps that should apply even more to the judge than the hair stylist...
